Job Summary:

The Strategy & Operations Program Manager (SOPM) is responsible for leading large, cross-functional initiatives to help INTURN’s business operations team scale and achieve its company goals. Acting as an internal consultant, the SOPM combines analytical rigor and thought leadership to tackle and execute upon the team’s largest opportunities and special projects.  The SOPM reports to and works closely with the VP of Client Success, Operations, and Marketing. This is a highly visible role with frequent interaction with INTURN’s senior leadership. 

 

Core Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, recommend, and implement process improvement opportunities across INTURN’s business operations team to drive scalability
  • Develop new strategic initiatives to improve platform engagement (both supply-side and demand-side)
  • Track and adjust key performance metrics to measure efficiency and improve client engagement / transaction volume.  Identify and act upon key insights gathered from KPI analysis
  • Drive special projects as needed in conjunction with the VP and team leadership
  • Create presentation material for INTURN’s board and senior leadership
  • Identify and share best practices across all cross-functional team members

 

Education

  • BA/BS is required

 

Key Qualifications

  • 2 to 4 years at a top-tier strategy or technology consulting firm (some retail casework preferred) or relevant experience at a technology startup
  • Strong problem solving & analytical ability
  • Ability to act independently and drive multiple projects to completion with minimal guidance
  • Ability to influence others and effectively communicative across teams
  • Ability to manage frequent change and pivot to new projects or deliverables as needed
  • Strong business acumen
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint)
