Job Summary

INTURN is looking for an experienced Sales Operations Director to drive organizational excellence across the sales team and support growth initiatives. Reporting into our Global SVP of Sales, they will facilitate strategic planning, analytics, systems implementation, processes, and technologies that impact the entire Global Sales Organization and work cross-functionally with departments to support company goals. The ideal candidate has a passion for driving outcomes by turning data-driven insights into actions and enjoys working within a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities                     

  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Client Success, and others to ensure smooth operation of the business and consistent achievement of growth goals
  • Create, refine, and implement processes for the sales team to remove friction, increase productivity, and drive desired results from leadership
  • Own sales metrics and reporting, including bi-weekly executive summaries and external reporting for board materials
  • Prepare reporting and deliverables for forecast meetings, working with VP of Sales and Sales Directors to ensure data in Salesforce is accurate and up to date
  • Support with sales planning process across goal-setting, resource allocation, territory planning, commissions structures & payout, and projected results
  • Optimize and manage sales technology stack, adding new tools to solve business problems and fit with sales process 
  • Proactively monitor and strive to maintain high levels of data quality, accuracy, and process consistency across all sales systems 
  • Lead SalesForce projects to enhance system for business needs cross-departmentally
  • Own training and enablement for sales team, both onboarding and continuous education across all sales roles

Required Skills

  • 3-5 years experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations at a high-growth technology company
  • 2+ years as CRM administrator, preferably Salesforce. Comfortable with field creation, workflows, validation rules, process flows, and managing integrations with other software tools
  • Proficient with Sales Engagement platform (i.e. SalesLoft, Outreach)
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to draw insights from large data sets and present findings to company leadership. BI tool experience a plus
  • High degree of attention to detail and ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator; able to work with both technical and non-technical teams
  • Demonstrated ability to be proactive, self-driven, and make practical trade-offs when necessary
