Job Description
Responsibilities:
  • Execute client platform onboarding plans based upon INTURN's launch and implementation strategy
  • Act as subject matter expert on INTURN's capabilities; maintain strong knowledge of product roadmap
  • Lead due diligence for prospects & clients to understand operational/process gaps within their off-price business; advise on using INTURN features accordingly
  • Assist and/or own all non-technical data & image mapping processes
  • Create all client statements of work and ensure cross functional alignment on data mapping strategy
  • Collaborate with Product team to scope & build new features for clients
  • Collaborate with Business Development to ensure the platform meets clients' needs
  • Manage implementation timelines for new clients
  • Own planning and creation of automation for process steps within the client lifecycle
  • Train and create/provide training materials for brands and retailers
  • Systematically track client feedback and share with Client Success, Bus Dev, and Product teams
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to integrate into client's ERP and other inventory systems
  • Maintain a high client retention rate by responding & resolving issues quickly and communicating proactively and effectively
  • Document Client Operations best practices and continually refine/improve upon them
Key Qualifications:
  • BA/BS is required; Advanced degree is a plus
  • 4-5 years of experience; college degree in engineering, operations or product management preferred
  • Willingness to learn beginner coding in either SQL or GO (prior basic knowledge a plus)
  • Intermediate/expert Microsoft Excel skills required
  • Experience in retail or off-price preferred but not required
  • Experience using ERP/inventory management systems preferred but not required
  • Experience using Salesforce and JIRA a plus
  • Quick learner who is comfortable diving into & becoming an expert in new systems
  • Clear and concise communicator who can translate client pain points / requests into language that Product & Engineering can understand
  • Deadline-driven, proactive mentality & bias for action
  • A solution oriented person that likes to work on creating vision while being able to work through the tactics to execute a plan
  • Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and making timely decisions without necessarily having all of the answers
  • High analytical / logical ability; you may not know how to create Macros in Excel, but you're confident that you could learn quickly
  • Impeccable attention to detail
