Job Summary

The Customer Success Associate (CSA) is a key team member on the Global Customer Success team, responsible for the post-sale success and satisfaction of our clients. The CSA works closely with Customer Success Account Managers to provide day-to-day account support, including but not limited to: troubleshooting and prioritizing any client issues, leading user trainings, pulling & analyzing usage data, delivering value focused business insights, building business review presentations, and providing transaction support. The CSA will also have the opportunity to be more hands on in managing smaller accounts in the portfolio. The CSA is expected to maintain a high level of operational efficiency, deliver superior client service and have a keen attention to detail.

Core Responsibilities

  • Act as first responder for client issues
  • Own all transactional support across portfolio where needed
  • Support account owners in ensuring customer growth, satisfaction, and retention
  • Assist team members in preparing presentations, Excel models, etc. as necessary
  • Analyze client data to provide actionable business insights
  • Gather feedback from customers and work with Product team to identify client-centric solutions
  • Monitor client & team KPIs
  • Contribute to internal projects including research and client data-entry
  • Potential opportunity to manage smaller accounts

Key Qualifications

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to effectively communicate across teams both internally and externally
  • Extremely proactive and highly organized with an ability to multi-task
  • Commitment to going above and beyond for clients with a “no task too small” outlook
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and effectively manage internal resources
  • Willingness to travel if necessary
