Job summary

INTURN is looking for a seasoned agile product manager to join our Developer Experiences Scrum team. The Developer Experience team empowers our internal and external development teams by

  • Leading the adoption of new technology
  • Developing and maintaining internal and external API and data services used by our partners and customers
  • Guiding system & solutions architecture
  • Establishing consistent UI components and experiences
  • Helping teams adopt technology best practices
  • Providing knowledge and documentation so developers can make the most of our tools

Responsibilities

  • Help establish and champion the product & team vision
  • Create and maintain a team roadmap based off business goals and stakeholder needs
  • Solicit input from highly technical stakeholders & partners (Developers, IT departments, System Integrators, Enterprise Software Providers) to develop and maintain a prioritized backlog
  • Work with your team to decompose, define, and estimate backlog items
  • Ensure software capabilities are documented to facilitate use of new features
  • Collaborate with stakeholders & partners to manage and track implementation schedules
  • Oversee the integration with partner systems such as SAP S4/Hana
  • Managing the accrual and pay down of technical debt to protect agility
  • Implement and oversee code quality measurements to ensure maintainability and reliability
  • Establish and implement a scaling performance plan to support company growth
  • Ensure our RESTful API delivers value to our customers to support adoption
  • Partner with our customer IT teams to identify and address barriers to integration

Education

  • BS is required
  • Advanced degree is a plus

Key Qualifications

  • 4 or more years of product development experience
  • Experience working in a Scrum environment
  • Self-directed but also collaborative
  • Excellent product management skills
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills
  • Strong creative, technical and problem-solving skills
  • Understand the need for continuous innovation
  • Respect for your designers and engineers
  • Highly motivated
  • Interested in Developer Experience (DX)
  • Passion for technology
  • Some programming experience
  • Interested in Engineering decisions
  • Experience delivering and improving RESTful services
  • Experience working with a highly technical teams and stakeholders
  • Experience working with developer tools (postman, CLI, IDEs)
  • Experience with SAP products a plus
