Job summary

INTURN is looking for a seasoned agile product manager to join our Enterprise Planning Scrum team. The Enterprise Planning team is developing a new product to help customers make better & faster decisions when evaluating purchasing opportunities. This product will involve

  • Data visualization
  • Various integrations to external data systems
  • Developing enjoyable and expedient workflows
  • Implementing and validating complex mathematical and statistical analyses
  • Machine learning tools and prescriptive analytics
  • Rapid and iterative software delivery
  • Ongoing collaboration with partners and customers

Responsibilities

  • Establish and champion the product and team vision
  • Develop a deep understanding of customers and their needs
  • Create and maintain a roadmap based off business goals and Stakeholder needs
  • Solicit input from customers, stakeholders, & partners to develop and maintain a prioritized backlog
  • Work with your team to iteratively decompose, define, and estimate backlog items
  • Lead the collaborative development of user experiences that drive high customer satisfaction
  • Ensure software capabilities are documented to facilitate use of new features
  • Collaborate with stakeholders & partners to manage and track release schedules
  • Oversee the integration with partner systems such as SAP S4/Hana
  • Managing the accrual and pay down of technical debt to protect agility
  • Implement and oversee code quality measurements to ensure maintainability and reliability
  • Partner with our customer IT teams to identify and address barriers to integration
  • Setting and measuring goals and objectives

Education

  • BS is required
  • Advanced degree is a plus

Key Qualifications

  • 4 or more years of product development experience
  • Experience working in a Scrum environment
  • Self-directed but also collaborative
  • Excellent product management skills
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills
  • Strong creative, technical and problem-solving skills
  • Understand the need for continuous innovation
  • Respect for your designers and engineers
  • Highly motivated
  • Interested in enterprise software
  • Passion for technology
  • Some programming experience
  • Interested in Engineering decisions
  • Experience with enterprise software systems such as ERPs, PIMs, DAMs, etc.
  • Experience working with a highly technical teams and stakeholders
  • Experience working with developer tools (postman, CLI, IDEs)
  • Experience with SAP products
